Heavy Steel Plate Flame Cutting

Our CNC flame cutting service handles carbon steel plates with a maximum cutting thickness of 500 mm and a maximum cutting size of 3,500 × 15,000 mm. We produce custom-cut heavy steel parts and machine-ready components according to customer drawings.

Heavy Steel Welding Fabrication

We fabricate heavy welded steel components, machine frames and equipment bases from medium and thick carbon steel plates. With 8 welding stations, we handle fitting, welding and dimensional inspection for custom components weighing up to 35 tons.

Precision CNC Plasma Cutting

Our CNC plasma cutting service provides fast and efficient cutting for carbon steel plates, producing complex profiles and custom steel parts with clean edges and consistent dimensions. We support both custom orders and batch production according to customer drawings.

Large Steel Component CNC Machining

Our CNC machining capabilities include milling, boring, drilling and turning for large welded steel components and flame-cut parts. Using machining centers, boring mills and CNC lathes, we achieve the dimensions, hole positions and machined surfaces specified in customer drawings.
